Comment: On Friday March 23rd my husband and I responded to an email from Thompson's Toyota advertising a special sale going on that day at Walmart's parking lot on Missouri Flat Road. We arrived there and Jack started looking at the cars while I shopped for fabric. When I came out, KrisHulsing, one of the car salesmen, was answering questions for Jack. After looking around awhile, we tried out 2 cars (a Nissan and a Toyota Matrix). Having been the happy owners of a Toyota Avalon for 10 years, and 180,000 plus miles we decided to buy the Matrix. By then we realized that we were pushing for time as our grandkids were taking their grandpa to dinner and a movie that afternoon, so Kris quickly took care of getting the paper work done with the help of Robert in the finance office (although we paid cash there were many signatures needed). They hurried everything through just in time for us to make our appointment with the girls. The only glitch was when they gave us the packet, there was only one key with a remote which was very disappointing. However, Kris went the extra mile and with the help of the sales manager ordered us an extra key. So we are two, still happy, Toyota owners. We definitely recommend Kris and the folks at Thompsons for their service and help in this situation.

There is no finer place than Thompson's to have my cars serviced. Danny provided my son and I with above exceptional service when we walked in on a Saturday to get the 2001 Highlander's 5000 mile check up.
